  • How does payment work?

    We believe in a hybrid pricing structure that allow us to tailor each and every event to the unique needs and budget of our couples. This way, we can offer a truly customized experience that includes a fixed rate for services, while also considering the scale of each individual event.

    All of our packages include a flat rate and a percentage based production fee on the final cost of vendors booked (excluding venue, caterer, photographer/videographer, clothing, rings, and wedding party gifts), paid in 4 installments over the course of planning.

  • Do you offer day-of coordination?

    All of our packages are full-service and provide a hands on, personalized experience. We don't offer set up and take down a-la-carte, but we can provide you with some wonderful vendors who do.

  • Do you provide decor rentals?

    We hold strong relationships with the industry's top rental companies and work with them directly to bring you the finest wares for your day. That said, we also have a growing inventory of decor items available for rent.

  • Do you travel?

    Absolutely! While most of our weddings take place in The Pacific Northwest, we are more than willing to travel for your day at an additional cost.

  • How will we communicate?

    As a Wednesday couple you will have immediate access to our cloud-based planning software with all the tools needed for streamlined and effective communication. You will also be added to a private WhatsApp group chat to be able to reach us at anytime.
